Behind the scenes there are a lot of pivotal roles that are vital to the operations of an organisation. They all feed information into the higher levels of the on ground leadership team to help everything run smoothly. In some cases carpenters may take on some of these additional roles as part of their agreement with the director. For example a carpenter may also assist in estimating new works.
