We get it, your main priority is to focus and perform to a high standard on physical site activities . However there is a team behind the scenes who need to ensure that you get paid correctly. So although it's a punish we ask that you religiously fill out you timesheet weekly as accurately as possible. Below we have tried to answer all the questions and queries you have surrounding Xero and how to fill out your timesheets accurately.

Employees get paid every week on Wednesdays. Actual pay might vary depending on what bank your account is with.
Timesheets and pay are done weekly. Therefore employees are required to submit there hours worked every Tuesday afternoon at the conclusion of the working day. Forgetting to complete your timesheets before this time may result in employees having to wait an additional week until the next pay period.
For a typical 8 hour working day employees submit 7.36 hours at base hourly rate. This is due to each employee being rewarded an RDO (Rostered Day Off) every month.
Yes overtime is important! The first 2 hours after your 8 hour day are at 1.5x. Anything following 10 hours is at 2x or double time.
On weekends the first 2 hours are at 1.5x or time and a half. Every hour following that is at 2x or double time.
Fill out your timesheet according to how you carried out your day so that we can bill the correct people. For example if you work on Oxford Street for 3hrs in the morning then a Vaucluse job for 5hrs in the afternoon ensure that is how it is recorded in your timesheet. Each job will be listed
